Privacy Policy | Terms & Conditions

This DTS Orbit Privacy Policy and Terms & Condition (hereinafter – “Policy / Terms & Conditions”) regulates privacy practices (collection, use and disclosure) as to your personal information during your use of DTS Orbit services, provided by Administration Discover Tech Solutions [DTS], the company which owns and operates DTS Orbit.

Please read carefully the Policy and Terms & Conditions as well as the Terms, before using DTS Orbit. The Privacy Policy shall be an integral part of the Terms. If you wish to become our Client, you shall read this Policy in its entirety. If you disagree with this Policy, please do not use DTS Orbit.

The terms used in this Policy shall be understood in accordance with the Terms and the applicable law.

 

1. USE AND STORAGE OF THE INFORMATION

Administration uses the Collected Information to:

provide the Services;

detect and prevent fraud;

mitigate financial loss or other harm to Clients and Administration; and

promote, analyze and improve DTS Orbit Services.

Administration may use the Collected Information, in particular, to:

verify an identity for compliance purposes, including but not limited to, KYC procedures;

monitor and prevent fraud and other harmful activity;

respond to inquiries, send Service notices and provide customer support;

process the payments, communicate regarding the payments, and provide related Client services;

conduct audits, for regulatory purposes and compliance with industry standards;

develop new products;

send marketing communications.

1.1. Whenever the Client gave the Administration their consent to collect, use, store or disclose their PI, they have the right to withdraw such consent at any time by emailing to us, as indicated in the Contact information.

1.2. As indicated in the Terms, the person shall not use DTS Orbit if they are under 18 years of age.

1.3. If the Client’s personal information changes, they can update or correct it in the registered Account or by emailing to us.

1.4. If the Administration informs the Client and the Client agrees, the Administration may use the Client’s contact to send notifications, newsletters, Services and other updates. Such mailings may contain the tracking technologies. The Client may subscribe or unsubscribe of these mailings by email or through instructions enclosed in the notification. 

2.PAYMENTS TERMS 

2.1. DTS Orbit have two monthly cycles for payment withdrawal i.e. 1 in the mid of the month or calendar date 15th or Monday and the last of the month i.e. calendar date 30th or 31st or Monday. One can always opt for Spot Payments that are made by DTS Orbit within 24 to 48 hours of time period after the payment request.  No payments shall be released without a withdrawal request. 

2.2. In case of refunds the payor may contact their payee directly for a reversal,  or adjustment. In any other circumstances DTS Orbit will not be liable of any amount to the payor. 

2.3. Exchange rate is dependent factor on day-to-day basis. All users will receive their payments on the basis of Inter Bank rates – which we receive from the State Bank of Pakistan. 

2.4. Payment can be made in 3 different mediums, and they are; a) Bank Transfer, b) Cash, and/or c) Cheque

2.5. Refunds does not include any third party fee / transaction fee.

2.6 DTS reserves all the rights to hold any amount of payments if the payment medium (e.g. PayPal, Skrill, Payoneer, or any other that a user uses) gets restricted or blocked.

2.7 We are not responsible for any third-party Policy or Terms & Conditions changes.

2.8 In case if a user wish to update his/her bank account details for withdrawing funds, a user will have to email it to support@dtsorbit.com for an update which will take approximately 24-48 hours.

3. SECURITY

3.1 A Posted dated check is required, of the highest invoice paid by the client as a security deposit. It will not be withdrawn  but will be kept as a security deposit in order adjust refunds – if happens.

3.2 If a client is not willing to pay a check amount then he/she agrees to let us hold a certain percentage of the total amount billed/invoice in a month. DTS Orbit will hold that amount for 90 days from the last invoice.

3.3 Administration takes a wide range of reasonable measures (organizational, technical, administrative etc.) to protect Personal Information within provision of the Services from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

3.4 In case the Client has the reasons to believe that their interaction with DTS Orbit might be no longer secure, the Client has to contact administration immediately. When appropriate,  administration shall notify those Clients whose information may have been compromised and to take other steps in accordance with applicable law.

4. DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY AS TO PRIVACY

Only authorized Administration’s employees shall have access to the Client’s Personal Information. Such employees undertake duty to strictly observe the confidentiality and prevent unauthorized access of third parties to the Personal Information and other data on the Client.

Despite the measures taken to protect Personal Information, Administration warns that no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. The measures taken by the Administration to improve the safety of Personal Information will not guarantee a 100% safety as well.

Administration shall not be responsible for the consequences of the Client’s voluntary entering (placement, distribution or dissemination) of any of their Personal Information or the Personal Information of the other Clients somewhere within the Services provided by Administration.

Administration shall not be obliged to inform the Client of the threats connected with the placement of their Personal Information somewhere beyond the Services scope every time or with a certain recurrence.

5. SPOT PAYMENTS & CYCLE PAYMENTS

5.1. Spot Payments

Spot Payments has a fee of 16% of the total remainder amount after third party fee deduction. 

5.2. Cycle Payments

  • Cycle Payments are subjected to the exchange rate provided by the Banks. DTS Orbit is not responsible for any exchange rates fluctuation by the banks. 
  • Cycle payments can only be withdrawn with DTS Orbit cycle i.e. twice a month.
  • Payments above PKR 250,000/- will be made by cheque
  • Online transfers are only for payments less than PKR 250,000/-

6. AMENDMENTS

This Policy may be amended, including any material change, at any time without giving the Clients any prior notice.

Any amendments or additions to this Policy shall be valid only after a new version of the Policy is placed at DTS Orbit website. The new version of the Policy shall come into force at the moment it is posted on DTS Orbit website, unless otherwise provided for by the new version of the Policy.

The date the Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. The Client is responsible for ensuring that the Administration has their up-to-date active and deliverable email address, and for periodically visiting this Policy to check for any changes.
